By using koufonisia.app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site or its forms.

Koufonisia App is a destination guide site that provides:
Independent travel guide. This is not the official website of the destination and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by any municipality, tourism board, or government body, unless expressly stated.
- Editorial travel pages about the destination, key places, routes, and practical planning
- Itineraries, area guides, route suggestions, and factual place details
- Advertising-supported pages and clearly labeled partner placements when enabled
- Optional email updates about new guide pages and major improvements
- Support and business contact forms for questions, corrections, and local partnerships
3. Contact and Form Submissions
If you submit information through our forms, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate contact details
- Sending only information you have the right to share
- Not using the forms for spam, abuse, or unlawful activity
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Copy, republish, or distribute substantial parts of our content without permission

7. Submitted Material
If you send us corrections, feedback, photos, or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive right to review, store, and use that material in connection with running and improving the guide. You retain ownership of your original content unless you explicitly transfer rights to us.
Local notes and contributor contributions: where the guide publishes named local notes or contributor impressions, these reflect the personal views of the named contributor at the time of the visit, are reviewed editorially before publication, and are published with the contributor's consent. Contributors may request changes to or removal of their attribution at any time via the contact address below.
8. Editorial Independence and Business Contact
Business contact requests are reviewed case by case. Sending a commercial request does not guarantee coverage, ranking, or publication. Our travel recommendations remain editorial decisions, and we do not sell ranking positions inside guide pages. Clearly labeled partner placements, when active, do not buy editorial ranking or hidden placement inside the guide.
Business profiles: the guide may publish profiles of local businesses (accommodation, food, activities). Profiles are prepared editorially from public information and, where marked, from details confirmed with the business. A profile may exist in preview or verified state; verification refers to source review at the stated date, not an endorsement or quality guarantee. Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of details they confirm to us and can request corrections or removal of their profile at any time.
Paid visibility, when introduced, is always labeled as such in the place where it appears, never affects editorial recommendations, and is governed by separate business terms provided to the participating business.
Commercial requests submitted through the for-business form are used to evaluate and respond to the request. Submitting a request creates no listing right and no contractual relationship until expressly agreed in writing.
9. Third-Party Links and Businesses
The site may link to third-party businesses, maps, booking pages, partner services, or official destination sources. We are not responsible for third-party services, policies, availability, pricing, or changes made after publication.
Some pages may contain paid affiliate links. If you click one and book or buy through a third-party provider, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
We do not sell, provide, or operate hotels, tours, tickets, transport, or travel services. If you click a booking or affiliate link, you deal directly with the third-party provider or platform under its own terms, prices, cancellation rules, and privacy policy.
Embedded third-party tools such as hotel maps load only if you choose to activate them; before that, no request is sent to the third party.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by Greek law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits your right to bring or defend proceedings before the courts competent under applicable mandatory rules. For non-consumer/business users, the competent courts of Ioannina, Greece shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
